after a really bad service from a previous agent. (only 6 views in five months. we changed to Sheens Estate Agents and sold in three weeks. brilliant service by a local agent. we would recommend the agents to any one local. all employees and the boss are well versed in their roles. and are always friendly and do any thing they can to help.

Excellent from the minute the agent walked through the door and valued the house, to the moment they called to check they can hand the keys to the new owner! Constant and appropriately helpful communication throughout what was legally forced to be a very complex transaction. Very patient - always found EVERY member of the team was able to help - they were actually all up-to-date with the status, so I didn't have to spend ages explaining things every time I had a new person answer the phone. Highly recommend, will be certainly putting my other property through these guys next year.

Easy and speedy service.

I Found the staff in the Clacton branch to be the most helpful team , They went far and beyond the need to kept me informed on what was going on not only with my purchase but with the sale of my old home I got more info from them than from my legal team. For the first time buying through an estate agent no problem no ifs buts it takes time or get a move on just straight forward info Thanks to them a easy move .

Sheens estate agents were amazing really friendly and helpful we were selling our late mums property and we live out of the area so sheens sorted out everything the viewings reading the electric meter etc they were so good and we sold within a couple of weeks .

Sheens sold my house very quickly, they were very helpful, professional and honest keeping me informed every step of the process.

We used Sheens to sell our end of terrace house in Oxford Crescent, this proved to be fraught with problems due to buyers not committing and in some cases aborting close to completion. Sheens nevertheless persevered and continued to find a flow of prospects so that we have eventually succeeded .At all times we were dealt with in a very courteous and highly professional manner,and kept up to date with viewing and other market reports.They did not try to oversell the property nor did they try to push the price down beyond what we would have done anyway in a depressed market.Overall we would say Sheens are an excellent Estate Agent and we have no hesitation in scoring them 10/10 overall.

Sheens we're always responsive and allowed me to view the property several times, including alowing me access with several builders to take measurements for refurbishment quotes. They were very welcoming and professional and they did not over sell the property which I found them to be honest

From the minute I walked in the door, searching for a new house, the team at Sheen's have been exceptional. Five houses were lined up for me to view within an hour. During the buying process, the team never once let me down. Emails were responded to quickly. Nothing was too much trouble. They kept in touch with solicitors, and with the vendor and me the whole time. Sheen's are extremely courteous, efficient and effective. You can't say better than that.
