Easy to use website and good communication

Easy to open account online, managing account is also easy to do. Like the fact that you can also ring and speak to an adviser. Have been using Shawbrook for a number of years in various accounts and always happy.

Shame I can’t open more than one isa product of any type .. However great to be transfer for each new year into a fixed isa product at any time ! The only problem is transfer in or previous years isa can’t be done on the internet and requires printing - mail and manually completed- laborious
