I'm a very nervous patient, but all the staff were very kind. The dentist Dr. Syed was lovely & explained everything he was going to do. Thank you so much

Chelsea was very approachable and knowledgeable when I made enquiries about her dental practice for my grandchildren.
My dental surgeon is waqas sheikh I've had a tooth out also a few filling and then a descale I was very nervous about going to the dentist but I have to say he was really wonderful he explained every thing he was doing and what needed to be done I fell quit at ease now to go and sit in his dentist chair I really can't praise him enough thank you
I had a wisdom tooth extracted and the dentist and assistant were excellent and explained everything thoroughly. I was out in less than 30 minutes, with little discomfort. I would use again
I have just been to have a tooth out. Dr Shiraz and his specialist nurse Anisa was amazing they made me feel at ease and talked to me with so much warmth. Iam a very nervous person and they talked me through the procedure helping me with my breathing too. Thank you for being patient with me and making my visit alot better than I thought it was going to be
After 21 days I am till waiting to receive a refund for a treatment I never had as they lost my impressions. Impossible to speak to someone who can sort this issue out...I would not recommend it.
I was absolutely petrified of having my tooth out after having a traumatic experience in January, Shiraz Khan was so lovely he calmed me down spoken through everything that was going to happen and put me at ease. Thankyou so much.
My experience with Seven Dental staff and their service has always been really good, but this time it exceeded my expectations. Dr. Shiraz Khan was very professional and attentive. Before the wisdom tooth extraction, he explained the procedure, answered any questions I had about the process and made sure I would get the best service. Even though the tooth was in an awkward position and the extraction procedure was so complicated, the doctor and his colleague did their best to make sure I didn't feel any pain or discomfort. The injection was completely painless as it was done with great care and the extraction took no more than 30 minutes. After the extraction was complete, the doctor informed me that I had made the right decision by pointing out the cause of the pain I was experiencing. I highly recommend Dr. Shiraz to anyone who needs a tooth removed, even if they are afraid of dentists. Performing the procedure professionally and in a caring way this doctor might even help you to get rid of the fear of dentists.
Arrived late and panicking as my husband is disabled, but the receptionist told me not to worry,as did the dental nurse and Shiraz Khan, who was very friendly and put me at ease as I was very nervous about my tooth root extraction. Everyone was so friendly, kind and helpful getting me a drink of water and showing me where the toilet was. Please ignore any negative reviews about this dental practice, they were brilliant….Thankyou. Jill Head.
I was so anxious for my trip for an extraction. I was visibly nervous and physically shaking. Dr Nazar Syed was honestly the kindest dentist I’ve ever come across. Not only was he incredible at what he does he was so comforting and reassuring. He explained every step and prepared me for everything. I’m not in a rush to return for any treatment 😂 but he really is amazing. So thankful to him, he really went above and beyond.
One star, is one star too many for this practice. A practice is as good as the Practice Manager. She appears to listen intently but then, out comes the bullying manner, that is one should not bully anyone. One is supposed to be a manager for a reason, clearly it does not seem to work in this practice. As for the two dentists I have had the misfortune to experience and witness, I would say they are poor. in my case, a filling fell out after a few weeks, the dentist used little anti-pain medication and had to keep topping me up and that still did not work, hence I had to refuse treatment on a few occasions. Misleading any patient, is not acceptable. Transparity is vital, to allow one to have the 'right' to make the appropriate decision for one's care. I would not recommend a fly to go this practice.
Terrible service, shoulder shrugging after having to wait over an hour, then rude service and dental staff for expecting a sympathetic response. It’s like they wanted to force an adverse reaction out of me, to get my appointment gone, because they habitually over book nhs appointments for the fee, then make a two trip issue take four trips… total profiteering at the expense of many vulnerable customers who have no choice but to take it. I won’t. NHS England will receive a complaint in full.
They're great 😃👍
I have many times attended this dentist and my children as well, I never had any problems. The dentists are very professional especially Ayeza, she is the best.
Excellent patient care and treatment I was very impressed with the way Dr. Khan explained everything too me.and put me at ease. Wonderful Dental Nurse too
My child went in to his appointment and when I was parking the car. The dentist was very rude and kicked him out and told him to wait for me and he would wait. No he let other people in when I was just entering the practice. Would not recommend at all. The dentist was Jovita Momoh
I had an appointment last year and was stuck in traffic in front of the dental clinic called to inform them. Surprisingly, I got to my appointment, I was told I had missed my appointment, and the dentist could not see me when the receptionist could see the road on that day. I booked another appointment but was in the hospital and couldn't cancel it; as soon as I was discharged, I called to inform them of my situation, but I was informed that since I did not attend my second appointment, then I could not book for any appointments till 2023. Have been with seven dentists since 2014, and I don't think I have missed any appointments as far as I am aware. I went on March 8th 2023, for my son's appointment and then wanted to book an appointment for myself, but to my surprise, I was a book for an appointment I was unaware of for the 14th of February 2023. I was informed I couldn't book an appointment to get my toothpaste prescription unless I see the dentist under private to get my prescription. Three staff said this to me even when I called 01159790909 and the staff I spoke to on the phone. Have been on my prescription for close to two years, If it is more than that. I called this morning to see a dentist, and I explained that I need my toothpaste prescriptions to be seen since they will not book me under Nhs, so I paid £30 for a private consultant. I was given another prescription then the pharmacy asked me to get an Nhs one because all would cost £54. That was when I was told that I had to pay when I had Nhs free prescription. They refused to change the prescription and still refuse my refund rather. I was asked to call the head office at 01159790909. Still, they were not helpful. Rather insulted me am shouting because my voice was loud, then hung the phone on me twice, firstly when I requested to transfer to the complaining team and a second time when I was asking them to clarify why they booked an appointment for me with I am no aware of rather than hang the phone on me then giving me the information they refuse to give to me initially then one person pretending to be two people, as the on working as a complain team than customer service. The lady I spoke to spoke as if she was speaking to a child without compassion, and I believed she was bullying me that is either pay for the prescription or go elsewhere to register after collecting the money I struggled to get so that I could get my prescription then if don't want the prescription I should go and drop it to the receptionist This is how they do thing to intimidate patient, how on earth will they booked appointment without phone call or text me then not given right infformation then lying.
My husband died before his treatment was carried out last January and the dentist agreed a £350 refund. It's now March and I am still awaiting the cheque . Very uncaring office who do not respond to emails and make false promises. Terrible company to deal with. Court action is my next option.
I came to seven dental on Tuesday to make an appointment after some emergency treatment. I asked kaya for an appointment with Christina - kaya was very unprofessional and spoke to me with a bad attitude telling me I better not miss the appointment. I found this very rude so I pulled her up on this and asked for a call from a manager. Kaya told me that a manager will call me on Wednesday. I did not get said call so I returned to seven dental on Thursday and pointed this out. I was then given an appointment by Kaya who again was very rude. I had to prompt her to lower her voice as she was shouting at me. Again I asked for a call from a manager. I recieve a call from Claire at 12:26 and requested that I get a call back at 1pm. 1pm passes and I then call back at 1:15 to ask to speak to manager. I express that I am calling to report incompetence of staff and I stated that I feel that the manager is also incompetent due to me not receiving callback at 1pm. I then recieve a very aggressive call from ‘Claire’ telling me that my use of the word ‘incompetence’ is seen as aggression which is laughable given the manner in which Claire came onto the phone. Claire was telling me I’ve been de-registered from the dentist due to the use of this word. Claire was not willing to have a conversation at all. I tried to express my frustrations to her but she clearly took my comments very personally. This is not the attitude of a manager! She should not be dealing with people’s health. She is using my Registration at the dentist as a punishment rather than dealing with or even acknowledging my complaint. She gave me no means to escalate so I had to go on the website to address this. I would like this to be acknowledged and resolved as I have done both wrong but attempt to complain about people that clearly don’t want to do their jobs properly. People should be accountable for their actions!!
Visited the practice for the first time and sadly my roots had fused . Antibiotics and an appointment later got me to dr Shiraz Kahn. He was the most professional calm kind and sincere dentist I have ever seen in my life . He extracted and tooth without me realising he had finished . What a super dentist and Dr of his profession I can’t say how good he was. His assistant Dorotha was superb . She kept my wife informed kept me calm and carried out her duties to perfection.. so so thankful guys brilliant job and superb dental practice .
