The process of moving is hard but... Samantha kept calm and pushed it all through when I was getting het up. Nothing quite goes quite to plan but I believe that Samantha at Setfords kept things as 'on track' and timely as they could be. I'd use her again.

We’ve sold quite a few homes over the years and this was by far our best experience with a solicitor. Carole was very quick to respond to ours and the buyers solicitors emails and I felt that she was doing her utmost for us throughout. She successfully argued against unnecessary costs being imposed via the buyers solicitors and managing agents, saving us approximately £1000. Carole is extremely knowledgable and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property.

The lack of communication was shocking. I was in the dark the entire process and had to hear what was going on either through my buyers or on some occasions through the estate agent. They did get the job done but I would go elsewhere in the future.
