Setfords were highly professional, efficient, and acted in our best interests throughout. Having experienced poor service from other conveyancers / solicitors previously I was amazed at the level of service. I had assumed my prior experiences of waiting, chasing, and re-explaining my situation were just the norm but this was not the case. Everything ran smoothly and the team (Kim and Jessica) kept us abreast throughout, relentlessly driving the process forward. Top service, and will certainly use Setfords again next time we move!

I worked with Sofia at Setfords to sell our London property while living overseas. Sofia had excellent communication, timely action and attention to detail which made a pretty complex sale process with timezone challenges run very smoothly.

Grace made the process of first time buying easy and as stress-free as possible. Poor communication from the solicitor. I had to chase several times to get responses to my questions, and even complained, but responsiveness didn’t improve. I won’t use Setfords again.
