Absolutely seamless experience from start to finish. From the communication to the timely response to any messages and proactive manner of my conveyancer Amanda Sutcliffe the whole experience was serene ! I felt informed and very comfortable about every stage of my purchase.

My friends completed last year and recommended Fiasal Aslam to me, as he helped them so much with their first purchase. He was such a great solicitor to have on my side, as he dealt with so many things for me, that as a FTB with limited knowledge about the whole process, really saved my skin. He has a high attention to details and really goes a long way to protecting his clients. I shall be looking to use him again in the future.

From the beginning to the end house purchase, Karen Stewart has been absolutely fantastic. As a first time buyer, I was daunted by the house buying process, however Karen’s communication was top-notch and she was able to guide me through the process without any issues, responding to my queries promptly and nudging the estate agents and vendors when appropriate. Whilst I obviously have no prior experience to compare to, I feel like the praise I receive from the estate agent on completion day about how incredibly smooth this purchase was is a testament to Karen’s commitment and professionalism. Chris Hoadley has done my partner and I the greatest service. As first time buyers the process is supposed to be scary and stressful, but Chris and his team have made it and easy as can be!

Henna Khan was my company's solicitor to sell a property that has been converted into a HMO and we were selling it onto an investor. We only had 4 weeks to complete all enquiries and exchange to complete due to a Bridging Loan deadline. The investor buying the property lived in America so we would only have between 3-5pm working hours to liaise on her instruction through her solicitor. Henna has an impossible task of responding to all enquiries, overcoming all the issues and obstacles that arose, dealing with change in price multiple times and addressing new demands that were being raised constantly, right up until the day of exchange. Henna worked extra hours, she worked evening and weekends. Henna was the rock that held us all together, she reassured us, always working to problem solve and found a solution for every obstacle. Henna expertise were second to none, she is very professional and highly knowledgeable. Henna was incredibly kind and patient with us. She went above and beyond to ensure we did not fault on the bridging loan deadline. Henna did successful exchange and complete for us before our bridging deadline which was an incredible achievement. I will forever be grateful for her handwork, diligence and her expertise. Thank you Henna!!!

I honestly can’t recommend Jessica enough. She was fantastic from the very beginning to the end of my conveyancing process. What really stood out was how calm and reassuring she was, it made a huge difference during what was a pretty stressful time. She was always quick to respond, clearly knew her stuff, and often had answers before I even asked the questions. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her communication was always clear, professional, and super prompt.

Simon, Daniel and the team have made the sale of our properties very easy and pain free. this is the7th out of 8 they have completed and each one had gone smoothly and efficiently.
