From the moment we spoke with Tom Hardcastle about potentially placing our property with your goodselves, he was professional, friendly and informative, We asked that Tom would confirm our discussion in writing before we preceded in marketing it. Within minutes we received the email, and a pre-arranged professional photographer came to us at the appointed time. We were given a dedicated salesman Charlie Richards which enhanced the experience. Our property appeared on the internet within a matter of days and was sold within two weeks. You exceeded our expectations and we would not hesitate in recommending Sellmyhome to anybody.....and cannot thank them enough. I would describe Sell My Home as Simple and Very Professional. I have sold a number of houses in the past through the normal high street agent, so using my first ever online agent I was sceptical to say the least, however from the first point of contact with Tom Hardcastle it became apparent very quickly that I should have done this ages ago. Tom and all the team from Sell My Home were without doubt professional, very knowledgeable and extremely customer focussed, far more so then my experiences in the past with high street agents. The online app was simple to use and the online presents on right move and Zoopla was brilliant. I received multiple offers within the first week and when I accepted an offer the support did not end there, Tom Hardcastle and his team continued to support all the way through from offer to completion. I will always recommend Sell My Home from now on. Amazing service and product, it’s so easy it’s the way forward and saved me thousands (15K).

On Line Estate Agents are the direction to go and from my experience "SELLMYHOME" is leading the way. The customer service is first class. I knew I had chosen correctly when a professional photographer turned up to take the pics and not an office salesperson with a digital camera in his jacket pocket. I could easily follow the comments and interest from viewers on line. If I had any questions there was always someone to ask and if the individual was not there I always got a ring back. It took about four weeks to get a buyer, but in that time I had three offers, I cconsidered them good enough to recommend them to my neighbour, whose property had been on sale with the high street for 9 months and sold within three days with SMH. I seldom do reviews and surveys but I have no hesitation in doing this one.

The SellMyHome team were excellent from the beginning to the end of my house sale. I paid the up-front fee and added a couple of premium listing options to ensure my property was at the top of the local searches. Charlie, Katie, Harry and the team were extremely diligent throughout the process, with regular updates on the stats for the property during the 'sale' phase. I sold my property within three weeks of the initial listing. I took the completion management option after the sale, too, though I'd say if you're organised like me and are willing to push the process through yourself, completion management might not be the best option. I was quite sceptical at the thought of an online agent but - without hesitation - I'd recommend SellMyHome to anyone looking to sell their house quickly, reliably and efficiently via a dedicated team of experts - and you'll save yourself a fortune in the process.

What a great company with a brilliant team of people! Katie was my initial contact who was very helpful and friendly, explaining what I would get for my money (which is a fraction of the price you would pay on the height street) and how they would work hard to sell my property, which brings me on to Robbie who done a grand job, calling me with regular updates, calling me straight back when I left a message and helping push the sale along with calls to the solicitors. Also the quality of the photos taken were very professional, this what I believe makes all the difference! Thank you Sellmyhome!! Very good value for money service from Sellmyhome. A professional photographer called and ensured that our home was presented and photographed in the best possible light for the advertising phase. The viewing booking system worked efficiently and we were sent texts confirmation about the viewers which was great. We saved money by showing round potential buyers ourselves. Booking an appointment was a very easy online process with little information required to do so. All available appointments were clearly displayed on the site so no back and forth was required between myself, seller and agent. When I did have a call prior to the appointment, the team from Sellmyhome were very friendly and helpful and happy to answer any questions I had. Landlord also sent a message before the appointment which was helpful and added a personal touch.
