After spending double the required for “free“ delivery, got charged for returning the misleading items that has nothing to do with the pictures on the website or sizing. Shame that they have good products but bad practices on return what you buy online. I rather use other platforms to buy Selected products were the return it’s smooth. And another thing, you can not return the products in the store!

I am a fan of Selected and find them to be of good quality and style. However, on this occassion the item was not as represented on the website. The colour was quite different in reality. Would be better to have a good colour description. The name of the colour did not relate to an actual colour.
I've not received anything that has been ordered. I've received a £17.50 refund but i spent £97.50. I've attempted to contact them on the app where I bought the close, which does not show my order. The chat bot is useless and has just said someone will email me.
Sinceramente compré pensando que no me iba a llegar para reyes. Lo compré el sábado ( ellos estaban cerrados) y contacté por whatsapp con ellos porque necesitaba el reloj con urgencia….Pues aquí viene mi maravillosa opinión de ellos… El lunes se pusieron en contacto conmigo y me lo enviaron lo más rápido que pudieron, explicando que era un regalo de Reyes, me lo enviaron con la empresa UPS con la que también me quito el sombrero. Dadas las fechas que son y que el miércoles fue festivo….. YA TENGO MI RELOJ!!!!!! Agradecidísima por la gestión que han tenido en mi caso. Por supuesto lo recomiendo y volveré a contar con esta empresa.
