The way you issued tickets was a disaster. I spent over half an hour trying to make sense of the process to the satisfaction of the gatekeepers. It’s a joke. A really grumpy start to the program highly stressful. Sack your IT guys.

Easy to use and E ticket is brilliant

I struggled to get my ticket as I was forced to login. Purchasing a ticket can be a stressful process with sometimes a window of only minutes for a user to act. Eventim have changed See’s ticket process without warning making this particular transaction more difficult than it needed to be. Ultimately I’m happy as i have the tickets I was after.

Der Preis ist von Anfang an nicht ganz ersichtlich auch wenn das Ticket selber heruntergeladen wird. Der Zuschlag sollte ersichtlich sein. Sonst alles Ok
