Having been named as sole executor for an estate, I had no idea where to start the application for the Grant of Probate. Barry Halliday of Secure Inheritance Legal Services was recommended to us as someone who could help. From the start, Barry was extremely thoughtful and professional. He talked us through our options and we opted for him to take charge of the whole application process. Barry was extremely thorough with every part of the application to ensure that it went through first time and to prevent any unnecessary delays. His experience was obvious through his previous dealings with this process and HMRC. He went out of his way to keep us updated on the ongoing progress, not only by messages, but by personal visits. Through Barry's efforts, we had a very good outcome to the application. I cannot recommend Barry highly enough for helping us through what would have been an absolute minefield.

John Kelly was excellent. We loved the service because he was able to come to our house and discuss our will wishes which most company’s weren’t. We felt at ease and he never tried to be pushy with his sales. He explained everything in a very straight forward manner. We would recommend secure inheritance to any of our friends and family. John was here for nearly 3hrs bless him.
I would definitely recommend John Kelly, Will & Estate Planner. Not only was his extensive knowledge and advice incredibly valuable, but his patience and skill at supporting elderly parents through a complicated process was really appreciated. And, made all the more comfortable by taking place in our own home. If I can get everyone to do one thing, that is to act NOW and be assured that all your wishes are in place, including things you haven't even considered yet, before its too late.... Give John a call.
