I would like to review on the great service provided by Sebright Property Management. Staff is very efficient and professional. Recently was in contact with Avila on queries with my service charge account and she has resolved the query very efficiently. Highly professional Management.

Exceptional service.. Very happy and satisfied with the work done at our property recently. On reporting the issue Benn had immediately taken the action and the work was done. Secondly, exceptional customer service provide by Avila Gomes in resolving the query related to accounts. She was very polite and professional. Just completed the decoration of the communal corridors in our block of flats in Harrow. Looks great. It was well organised and Stephen the recommended contractor was a true professional.

We’ve been with Sebright for just over 6 months now and so far it has been a good experience.  Rose, Benn and Nina are polite and professional.  Our Capex plan is very useful and we are getting some long standing problems resolved. So far so good

She followed up on the issue even when it was not her area of responsibility and got us a timely and satisfactory resolution on the issue. Thx a lot.

Sebright Property Management,if your looking for someone to find property with all your specific requirements, look no further.You made the process much easier than regular and gave impeccable support in each step. Can't rate this agency and the team enough! Big shoutout to Maninder Gujral, in their team, for providing honest advice, friendly, approachable and highly professional. Any problems with the property was taken care of immediately and has always endeavour to sort them out quickly. Very Satisfied with the hassle free service. I would give Sebright Property Management company zero stars if that was an option. They manage our block of flats in London SE13 and the company are utterly useless. They are lazy, late, and unprofessional. Please beware the five star reviews on here. They look fake to me. No details in them. The company are utter muppets but without any comedy or musical numbers. Avoid them if you possibly can.

I am shocked at any negative reviews. My experience of Benn and the team is only of a first class and excellent service. I have known this Company from the outset and I cannot speak more highly of the professionalism and courtesy I have experienced.
