Very good professional service would reccomend

Was promised same-day payment once car picked up that was at 0745 this morning still nothing. We called to check all ok was told 5.30 Also got a text promising same-day payment still no funds as yet. Text number back at 5.30 to be told head office dealing with it now but still no money

Just got an online quote for my 2009 Octavia diesel which failed its MOT (needs a new wing mirror) and is high mileage but is in good condition and has tens of thousands of miles left on it. They offered £8.

Debbie steele Driver Joe rang beforehand ,checking that it was ok that he was earlier than expected-which was great. Everything explained fully and my beloved old mini sadly taken to be scrapped. Agreed funds put into my account a few hours later.

Every communication was accurate and the collection went very smoothly. Scrapping my car wasn’t ideal but it wasn’t fit to sell on. They made the experience easy and stressless.

Overall very good experience. A small glitch with communications around picking the car up but when I contacted the company this was rectified and a suitable plan put in place and after that the car was very quickly collected and the payment agreed paid into my account 2 days later. If I need to scrap a car again I will use this company.

Collector arrived on time, polite and had all the information to hand when asked. Picked up the car and took away very happy.
