It was all very easy, I got a decent quote for my car, the bloke came to pick it up after ringing me and was quite pleasant and helpful and clearly knew what he was doing. They deal with the dvla side and I got paid straight into my bank account 5 hours after it was collected. They were recommended to me and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to scrap their car in the most efficient and straightforward way

I sold my car through Global Ardour Recycling. I was very sceptical at the beginning as everything was done via WhatsApp. However Dan Pilkington (if you are lucky enough to deal with him) was fantastic from start to finish. All his comms was on point and very helpful, some things were out of his control, such as the recovery truck for my vehicle was changed at the last minute but Dan kept me and the garage where they were collecting from updated with the trucks ETA. And Duncan from DD Transport was also a star. My payment was received within less than a day and was the exact amount Dan had quoted. I therefore have no hesitation in highly recommending to anyone looking to sell their vehicle for a good price with very little hassle. Thank you Dan and Global Ardour.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences with this company. I was left waiting for over 5 hours, with zero communication or updates. That kind of disregard for someone’s time is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Not only was the delay excessive, but there was no apology, explanation, or effort made to make things right. If this is how they treat customers, I won’t be using their services again — and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values their time or expects even basic courtesy. Do you think people’s time is worthless? Because that’s exactly how you made me feel. Sitting around for hours, rearranging my entire day, only to be met with total silence. No apology. No urgency.
