Great service, very quick

One star cause I couldn’t pick zero. Booked a PM slot booked half a day off work to be in for collection. No one came. No call to say they weren’t coming.

From the initial enquiry when I spoke to a lovely Lady I was kept informed until car collected. On morning of collection we received a call to tell us of time of arrival and despite my Son being late due to forgetting keys the driver was pleasant, professional and polite. Definitely would use this service again if needed and would highly recommend

This is the 4th time using this company and our most recent experience was to scrap two vehicles of a deceased family member that had not moved for years. Scrapcar network offered a really competitive price and it was a no brainer due to their charitable connections. Time wasters cancelled 3 times after me calling in to tell me driver is on his was or his delayed because of traffic just full of bullshit do not use this company
