Friendly, helpful staff on the phone who were very patient answering my questions. They explained clearly what I needed to do (and didn't need to do) and what to expect on the day. Driver rang us ahead so we knew when to expect him and dealt with the removal of the car swiftly without any problems. From start to finish a great service. We expect our payment very soon.
