Saucony Endorphin Speed 5 Reviews

These delivered exactly what I wanted for my marathon. The energy return helped me maintain pace through the later miles and my feet felt great at the finish. The upper material is breathable and doesn't cause any hot spots.

Perfect for speed work and tempo runs. The bounce is exactly what I needed.

Used these for my last half marathon and PR'd by 3 minutes! The propulsion from the plate technology is noticeable without feeling unstable. They're lightweight but still provide good cushioning. I'd recommend these for anyone looking to improve their speed.

These shoes have completely transformed my running experience. The energy return from the midsole is incredible and I've shaved minutes off my race times. The fit is snug but not restrictive, and the breathability keeps my feet comfortable even on long runs. Only minor complaint is they seem to wear down slightly faster than my previous pair.

The bounce in these is addictive - makes every run feel effortless. Great for both easy runs and speed work.

The performance is solid and I love the responsive feel, but I had to exchange for a half size up. Once I got the right fit, they've been fantastic for my training runs. The grip is excellent even on wet surfaces.

While the performance is outstanding, I'm already seeing some wear on the outsole after just 150 miles. For the price, I expected them to last longer. The comfort and speed benefits are undeniable though, so I'll probably buy another pair.

These are definitely geared toward runners who know what they want. The responsive feel takes some getting used to but once you adapt, they're fantastic for picking up the pace. Not ideal for beginners or casual joggers.

They're fine running shoes with good energy return, but I'm not sure they live up to all the hype. The price point seems high for what you get compared to other options in this category. Still comfortable for daily training though.

Had to return these unfortunately. The performance technology seems great but the fit was too narrow even after sizing up. Might work better for people with narrower feet.

The technology is impressive and I can feel the difference in energy return, but they're quite firm and took several runs to feel comfortable. The price is steep for what you get. They're good shoes but I'm not completely sold on the value proposition.

Noticeable improvements over the Speed 4. The ride feels smoother and more refined while maintaining that signature bounce. Great for both training and racing, though they do require a break-in period.
