Happened on this website by chance when I was looking at a new chocolate bar on Ebay. This site sells at a competitive price. Quick delivery and product in perfect condition, well packaged and good communications from order to delivery. Highly recommend.

Lived on the Gold Coast about 10 years ago and Pure Blonde low carb larger was my go to beer even though I wasn't on a low carb diet. 10 years later I'm firmly back living in the UK and I've been on a low carb diet for a year and Pure Blonde is still the daddy "far better than michelob ultra available in UK". It's expensive but cannot get anything close to it on these shores! I've had two orders. first arrived fine but second arrived a day later than advertised. Great service over all though

Excellent service and delivery, let down by extremely high prices for non-sale items. I understand the regulations, admin and logistics of shipments from the antipodes but items that retail in Australia should not cost 4 or more times the original price when sold in the UK.
I would highly recommend Sanza teaching agency. Kiesha lynch was very professional and took time to find out what I was looking for, so she could match me with the right schools. I found it very helpful knowing that she was at work from 7am until late so if there were any issues she was always available and happy to help.
Sanza have been selling heat damaged chocolate for at least 6 months. Sanza blamed the chocolate maker repeatedly for the problems with the taste. I told Whittakers the chocolate maker, they confirmed what I received is almost certainly heat damaged and set about investigating, they airmailed me several bars of chocolate which arrived in days and was perfect- to prove they hadn't changed anything in the recipe and they pulled quality control samples off the line and confirmed the original chocolate was good when it left their factory. Whittakers are a fantastic company. I told Sanza about it, they did nothing, never recognised this or addressed it and have in fact since- repeated their mantra that there must be something wrong with the chocolate itself. They didn't answer emails for weeks and replied to that saying they "didn't receive the email". Unless you already know the taste of the chocolate you order, you won't know what it's supposed to taste like and won't know if it's been heat damaged because they won't be honest with you. The Ghana Dark I bought is exceptional, but heat damaged- you might as well bin it and at £7 a bar- that's not acceptable. I'd spent £100s with Sanza but after this repeated dishonesty, lack of quality control and failure to address the problem- I do not recommend this company. UPDATE 20/7/20: in response to the reply from Sanza which came 19 months after I wrote the original review- let me state quite clearly that I received heat damaged chocolate from Sanza several times and they did blame that on the manufacturer in our correspondence. I now order direct from New Zealand and that chocolate has so far not been heat damaged. It is relatively easy for heat damage to happen, chocolate starts to change around 27˚C. I eat this chocolate every day, several bars per week, I know what it tastes like, I know when it's heat damaged. If they can't taste when it's heat damaged, they shouldn't be selling it. I did not refuse to try a new batch- it was the same batch with the exact same date code, I've got photographs to prove that fact. It is true Sanza correspondence has been courteous. I have not been rude and aggressive, I have however been angry and frustrated when they take a very long time to reply to emails and sell heat damaged goods. If there had never been a problem with the chocolate I'd still be ordering from them now. I stand by what I said.

I don't normally write reviews, but Sanza certainly deserve this one. I now Use them regularly, the products are always high quality. Having lived in NZ for 10 years, this is a great way for me to get the food I use to eat. Some of my favourites have been discontinued (as they are no longer there), however I'm sure there's a reason. Courier service is highly professional - I find I get a 2 hour delivery slot on the day and a tracking number for updates. Never had anything missing, packaging to perfection. Will be ordering from them again, very soon - just waiting for specific items to become back in stock! Which I am hoping will be in a few days. I've tried other companies and Sanza is by far the best.
