Santo Tequila Reviews

The tequila selection is excellent and authentic, but I've experienced some inconsistency with order fulfillment. Sometimes everything arrives perfectly, other times items are missing or substituted without notice.

Been using their services for our liquor store for two years. Consistent quality and fair wholesale prices. The ordering system is straightforward and deliveries are usually on schedule.

Working with Santo Tequila has elevated our bar's reputation. Their curated selection of authentic tequilas and mezcals is unmatched in the region. The account management team is responsive and always helps us find exactly what we need for special events. Pricing is fair for the quality you receive.

Overall satisfied with the product quality, but there have been a few billing errors that took time to resolve. Customer service is friendly but not always the most efficient.

The product quality is solid and their sales team is knowledgeable about their inventory. However, I've had a couple instances where orders were delayed without proper notification. When everything goes smoothly, it's a great experience, but the communication during issues needs work.

Good variety and authentic products. The ordering process is smooth and their delivery windows are reasonable. Would like to see more competitive pricing on bulk orders, but overall a dependable supplier.

Santo Tequila has been handling our restaurant's premium spirits procurement for over a year now. Their attention to detail and product knowledge is outstanding. The team always delivers on time and their pricing is competitive. Only minor issue is that their phone support can be slow during peak hours.

Reliable supplier with an impressive catalog of premium tequilas. Fast shipping and excellent packaging.

Santo Tequila has transformed how we source our agave spirits. Their monthly tastings and educational sessions have been invaluable for our team. The logistics are seamless and their inventory management system helps us stay stocked without over-ordering. Highly recommend for any serious establishment.

While their product selection is good, I've had issues with their return policy and some delayed shipments. The quality is there, but the business operations could use some improvement to match their product standards.

The team really knows their stuff when it comes to tequila and mezcal. They've educated our staff and helped us make better purchasing decisions. Delivery is reliable and products always arrive in perfect condition.

Santo Tequila goes above and beyond for their clients. Their expertise in authentic Mexican spirits is evident in every interaction. They've helped us build an award-winning tequila menu that our customers love. The only downside is that their premium products come at premium prices, but you get what you pay for.
