Received quality treatment for my condition, but the billing was confusing and seemed high even with insurance. The medical care itself was professional and effective, just wish the financial side was more transparent.

Had surgery here last month and the entire experience was outstanding. The nursing staff was attentive and caring, my surgeon explained everything clearly, and the facilities were clean and modern. Recovery went smoothly thanks to their follow-up care. Would definitely recommend Sanford Health to anyone needing medical care.

Had both my babies here and couldn't be happier with the experience. The labor and delivery nurses were angels, and the postpartum care was excellent. The lactation consultants were especially helpful. Beautiful birthing suites too!

Some departments are better than others. Had a great experience with cardiology but struggled with getting appointments in dermatology. The main hospital is nice but some of the satellite clinics feel outdated.

The specialist I saw was knowledgeable, but there was poor coordination between departments. Had to repeat my medical history multiple times and felt like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. The actual medical care was good though.
