Had dealt with many of the staff on the seven kings branch. Was very happy when purchased our property. Excellent service. Once we bought our property, we wanted to rent it and initially seemed ok. When we had asked the manager for the paperwork to view and compare the contract compared to other on the market, we were told NO. We could only have it, once we decided to come on board. Who does this?? We had asked the manager Zed and another staff member, but never received them. We were told that these had to be specially prepared for us and they would only do this if we agreed to renting through them. No other company had any issue providing the contracts! We made them aware, we were overall happy with the service from the sale, but we would not make out decision till we saw the paperwork. This NEVER arrived. The person that came to value the property for rent, had no clue really. Asked some simple direct questions and all he did was dance around them and not answer. It took some over 2 weeks to chase this up with us, by which point we had agreed to let through another company. There excuse was that the person who met us was from another branch and they don't deal with it in this manner. Bottom line, DO NOT let with these guys till you have read the clauses within the contract. It felt to us that they were trying to hide something. Of you are selling with these guys, I would ask to see the contracts and compare with other agents first.

Great service, good advice and a speedy turnaround. Had a tenant in place within a fortnight, all admin done. We moved out of the city and everything was dealt with professionally in our absence.

We had an appointment at 4 due to traffic we arrived 10 min late. The estate agent was waiting at the house his name is lukeman. We couldn't find a parking space in the street and asked him to move his car bit and wait for us. After 3 min we found a place the estate agent left without saying anything to us. We don't do any business with this company as their customer service is very poor. He could have at least informed he couldn't show the house while going. Date 23/09/17 ( area ilford)

I was dreading the whole business, of selling and moving, especially after 28 years in the same home, however Jas and his team made the process a lot less painful than it could have been. They didn't skirt away from questions, the prices were up-front for their fees and an honest evaluation of my own property and the one I have bought (found also through them). You don't have to hang about for the paperwork either and whatever is agreed, a follow-up letter confirming details arrives - solicitors please note this! They talk you through the process and the best markets on where your property will be noticed - I would recommend the visual walk through video, it means about 2 hours to do, but if you are going to get people to view and offer the asking price, isn't 2 hours worth it? I have no reservations is recommending Jas and his team- they also deal with the potential time wasters as well! Many thanks!
