I have just gone through a very simple process for buying a home. I said simple purely because how I was dealt with the professional services received from Sandra Davidson's staff.

A big thank you to Zed, Lukman and Anthony who made the purchase of the flat possible. They were excellent at dealing with all my queries and keeping both parties informed at all times. The process itself took 6 months from my first visit to the completion date so their patient and perseverance to bring this all together has been brilliant. If I ever get the chance to purchase another property or look to sell this one, then Sandra Davidson would be the place to go.

Sandra Davidson are excellent Estate Agents. Everything is laid out in black and white so you know exactly where you are, they keep you up to date all the time and are very helpful when you have questions. They work very hard to sell your property,I would certainly recommend Sandra Davidson without hesitation

Friendly helpful staff, good knowledge of the local area & market rates, although getting updates can be an issue at times due to staff availability, never the less, I would recommend these agents for a sale in the Seven Kings area.

This agent allows seller to accept multiple offers eventually creating race between buyers. I lost my mortgage valuation fee and solicitors fee and very disappointing. No honest.

I have used quite a few estate agents when buying properties or selling them. In my recent sell I decided to go through Sandra & Davidson and what a great decision it was. The experience I had with them was amazing. Firstly the staff were very friendly and honest. Secondly the customer service was above exceptional. They kept me informed every step of my sale. Thirdly they have got the most competitive selling rates. Hence the initial contact with them 😉. The list could just go on but overall verdict highly recommended estate agents.
