Their team and support is top notch and they teach you the exact frameworks they use in their own businesses to make them successful. The principles and frameworks they teach are timeless and apply to ANY business not just software companies. You can easily notice that all of their coaches care about the work they do and have experience growing software companies.

Im disappointed, the program seems to be going down hill, since Dan is no longer a big part of the company. Emails were not answered and I received no help. After a while Derek the community manager got involved, which only increased the frustration. I was in better programs that cost less than the 3.000 CAD per month.

We basically invested over 30k just to find out that we were left hanging with no support or live calls for 2 weeks after joining. One month into joining we had a big dip to our revenue due to the tasks given by our assigned coaches. The course videos are recordings of older zoom live calls and the information was disappointing too. We have cancelled our membership.

We’re incredibly disappointed with SaaS Academy. After paying $36,000 for a one-year course, we only made it through the first call before deciding to drop out. In that call, we were given vague long-term suggestions and walked through a basic document about identifying our ideal customer—nothing groundbreaking or worth the investment. The next scheduled call was postponed because the team was on vacation. This, combined with the low-quality video course, made it clear that this wasn’t going to deliver the value we expected. In Germany, you can get far more for €3,000 than we’ve seen here for $36,000. We’re extremely disappointed and now realize that most of this is just Den Martell’s branding hype.

SaaS Academy is hyper focused on listening to their clients and responding almost in real time when it comes to the educational programming they provide. This makes for a customized experience although they are reaching hundreds of founders and leaders.

Awesome expert ongoing training and timely support, including tools and frameworks, on all things SaaS - development, sales, marketing, etc. - that inspires confidence and actions for positive change when it comes to providing customers with solutions to their problems.

Towards the end of the 8 weeks I started getting more traction and wish we had coaching for longer than 8 weeks. I struggle with making the group calls that aren't on a regular time schedule. Overall I think this is a great program to be a part of - if you put in the work.

Saas Academy has deeply knowledgeable coaches and they are very focussed on helping you achieve your goals as a founder. The SaaS Academy transformed us a founders and in turn changed the course of our business. I was honestly super skeptical of SaaS Academy at first... We were an early stage software company with a solid product but no idea how to really approach the market so we took a chance and joined their Growth Accelerator. Following the playbook in Growth Accelerator, we grew our revenue to the point where we were eligible for their next level up, full "SaaS Academy" - this is where the real magic happens. I've never really understood why community was so important for growing a SaaS company until joining their last in-person intensive. The content was honestly mind-blowing and the people in the community are wonderful. I've been fortunate to get to know the leadership of this company up to the top and they are solid founders with awesome content who have built a great community to empower growing companies. SaaS Academy is the real deal (or I wouldn't have renewed us for another year :)

Same experience as other reviewers. I got an call with that person who said "hey man" as a greeting. I started to talk a bit about the business. The guy said we are a bad company and he thinks we are going to basically fail and basically decided that the best case scenario was to crap all over my business. I told him this is akin to being rude and called him out on it. He got upset and told me it is not a fit. Not sure what to think about it, but to me it was a comedic experience because they spend a while calling us and ultimately want us to pay them money, and the way they do it is they try to bully you into it.
