We’re incredibly disappointed with SaaS Academy. After paying $36,000 for a one-year course, we only made it through the first call before deciding to drop out. In that call, we were given vague long-term suggestions and walked through a basic document about identifying our ideal customer—nothing groundbreaking or worth the investment. The next scheduled call was postponed because the team was on vacation. This, combined with the low-quality video course, made it clear that this wasn’t going to deliver the value we expected. In Germany, you can get far more for €3,000 than we’ve seen here for $36,000. We’re extremely disappointed and now realize that most of this is just Den Martell’s branding hype.
