5 stars all day! Dude if y'all are skeptical like I was then talk to these guys. They know what they are talking about. Seriously the only mushroom coffee company that messaged me back countless times. Hands down the best customer service I've gotten in years. And that is from everyone. It's not what I am used to as far as coffee goes since I generally like my morning joe strong. It is very pleasant and gets the job done in a mush healthier way. I did myself a flavor by getting the Father's Day set and it was so worth it. They usually always have some sort of awesome deal going on so figure out what works for you and catch a deal. You won't be disappointed.

I wasn't gonna get too excited about RYZE mushroom coffee. The bag came in the mail and I followed the instructions. I mixed one scoop of their mushroom coffee in with my regular coffee. It gave it a bit of an earthy aftertaste, and there's a little particulate matter when you get to the bottom of the nothing bad. After about a week, I noticed I was just in a better mood. Little annoyances didn't seem to annoy me anymore. My wife has commented to the same. So I'm gonna keep using it!

Beware you will do a one time purchase and they will try to add a subscription without you knowing it

Ryze is a great product and you feel the effects in just a few days. I found the taste worked better for me in a cup of my regular coffee, cream and sugar.

Rooty taste and expensive

Getting more hooked The first few days, I think, are a period of adjustment to a little different taste but the more I drink Ryze the more I like it. I also think my daily indigestion symptoms have gotten better!

Enjoying the RYZE life Ordered 3 bags of RYZE with some hesitance because my two ex-coffee-drinking sons did not rave about it after I sent them a Xmas gift of RYZE last December. Well, I am pleased to say they are not reliable sources—when prepared properly (i.e., follow directions), RYZE IS DELICIOUS and ENERGIZING, wholly different than coffee. I know my coffee from a career in the restaurant industry—tasting, selecting, and consuming more coffee than most folks. Glad to see your ads on certain TV channels as well. Keep up the great work!

This review is not about the product itself. I ordered it for a one time purchase for my Mom for mothers day because she truly does love the product. My one star rating is because I was very careful to not mark and unmark wanting to do a monthly subscription and somehow still got one. Now they are charging my card and there is no customer service phone number to call. I don't normally order from companies like this because of these reasons but like I said my mom liked this product.

No more stomach issues!

I tried Ryze after five years without coffee. I love the flavor and the boost it gives me without jitters. I am able to enjoy “ coffee “ again, Thank you!!

I started using Ryze about a month ago and I love it! I use it every day, twice a day, as suggested! Highly recommend it!

Great mushroom drink and customer service!

Taste products enjoyed hot or cold. I especially like the creamer in my drinks. Started with the Mushroom Coffee Starter Kit and have ordered more product.

Update ….. got contacted by Alex I think he took care of everything for me. Having a bad on top of what I went through that morning wasn’t good. He did everything in his power to make it right. I really appreciate it.

Its Scam, Dont go purchase this thing, they keep stoling my money

First off, customer service is amazing! I also love their marketing & advertising. They offer promotional discounts which help too. I have been using the coffee for 3 weeks now and I notice that I am just feeling better, refreshed and recharged. My system just feels better.

I placed a one time order and have now received a second pkg and charged $10.00 more than the original order. I did NOT accept a subscription. Have no phone number to contact anyone. I would appreciate the company rectifying this issue. 6/18/25 THIS IS AN EDIT TO THE ABOVE REVIEW. ANDRE FROM THE COMPANY REACHED OUT TO ME AND STATED MY SUBSCRIPTION HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND THEY HAVE SENT ME A RETURN LABEL TO SEND BACK THE SECOND BAG THAT WAS RECEIVED. SHE STATED THAT A REFUND WOULD BE GIVEN ON THE SECOND BAG. WILL SEE IF ALL FOLLOWS THROUGH. I APPRECIATE THAT THEY CONTACTED ME.

I tried the product for a month and was not happy with it. I did not like the taste and it was too expensive for me. I tried to cancel on the website and it continued to play the game of going back to the previous screen but the questions for the reason leaving were rearranging. Pushed the button about 10x. If you go to the contact button it takes you to the FAQ. No phone number only email. Update: they did respond by email and cancelled my subscription. It did not take too long but they pretend to have a way on the website to cancel and no phone access. Have to put in an order effort to get a response. But, the subscription is cancelled and they even gave a refund for my second order.

I was unsure about trying mushroom coffee. I decided to start with a less expensive brand and then bought Ryze to compare them. There was no question that Ryze was the winner. The Ryze coffee is smooth and not at all bitter like the cheaper brand was. I'm very much looking forward to trying Ryze cocoa next!!

Ryze is scamming people. If you want the subscription it works for you, but if you order a one time purchase they will sign you up for the subscription anyway and you won't find out until after you have more shipments coming. If you try to cancel before the order ships they won't allow you to. Nor will they refund you for anything. Beware
