Another hire from Royal Rentals. Hired a Ferrari for my son’s prom. Delivery was fast and reliable. Total professional service as always.

Extremely rude. I had requested a quote for my wedding back in November, baring in mind the wedding wasn’t until June so no rush here, and was provided a quote for 1 vehicle I’d queried regarding. I contacted them more recently for a couple quotes for 2/3 cars to ensure I was picking the right one, in which I was met with ‘We have quoted you multiple times, and you have never booked anything’. I’d contacted them TWICE. ‘You’ve been messaging since November; and it’s now March. We are still here’. Such amazing customer service!!! All they want is your money. Don’t bother wasting your time.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring a car from Royal Rentals for a day to shoot a video for my dessert business and I can confidently say the experience was exceptional. From the moment I made the initial booking, the process was seamless and efficient. The vehicle was delivered in pristine condition and the handover was smooth, quick, and thoroughly professional. I had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman named Adam, who was both friendly and professional. His personable and humorous approach made the entire experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear that Royal Rentals places a strong emphasis on customer service and attention to detail. The overall service was impeccable and I couldn't have asked for a smoother rental experience. I will certainly be using Royal Rentals again in the future and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality car hire.

The pricing quotes change, I was offered a 'price' then the price was increased a few days later. What kind of business is this? I'm truly shocked at the poor level of customer service, especially from a luxury car rental. My dissatisfaction was met with a dismissive response, which is unacceptable. Then a follow-up message: '... you didn't get it at the price you wanted 😊' AVOID AND SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH A COMPANY THAT PROVIDES YOU WITH PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

Hired for an event. A professional experience from start to finish. They quickly provided a quote when I inquired and delivered on every aspect of it. They were easy to get hold of and easy to work with, from the arrangements beforehand to the delivery and collection of the car. Thoroughly recommended.

Had a really positive experience with Royal Rentals. Really great customer service and always quick to respond to questions. Rented the RS6 as a present for my son and car was immaculate and great fun to drive. The noise of the V8 was wonderful (makes a change from my Tesla!). Would recommend these guys over other performance car rental companies.

Had a very bad experience with car rentals in the past, 1 email led to a prompt response, which then led to a great phone call with sales rep Adam. Had it all sorted within 24 hours, highly recommend these guys and that’s someone who is very difficult to impress. Well done to Adam, I was very impressed with how quickly he responds to Whats app and was very accommodating at the fact I was very sceptical hiring another car again. Highly Recommend!! From the first enquiry phone call to the day of collection this company and those who run it have been exceptional. Very professional down to earth team with a fleet of excellent high end vehicles. I cannot recommend enough! Both Adam and Kam were great throughout the hire period, everything was clear cut and no delays in getting deposits back. Would defiantly use again.

First time renting from these guys and the service was flawless. I called them at 1 and by 7 I had a vehicle dropped to my door. Would definitely recommend.

We needed a Ferrari at short notice for a TV commercial, and had spoken to a few suppliers who either weren't able to help or didn't even reply. We spoke to Adam at RR and straight away had suggestions (with pictures) for various vehicles that were available, and he was able to give a clear price (where others were asking to fill in endless forms before saying "Sorry, not available"). On the day, the car arrived promptly, looking amazing and the Director was suitably impressed. Invoicing was simple and deposit was returned immediately after the booking. Highly recommended - thanks Adam!
