Rolex Submariner Reviews

The watch itself is beautiful and functions perfectly, but the purchasing process was unnecessarily complicated. Multiple visits required and inconsistent information from different staff members. Once you have it though, it's hard to complain about the quality.

Absolutely love this timepiece. The automatic movement is smooth and the water resistance gives me confidence for any activity.

The Submariner exceeded my expectations in terms of durability and precision. Wore it diving multiple times and it performed flawlessly. The ceramic bezel is scratch-resistant and the bracelet feels incredibly solid. Only minor complaint is the clasp can be tricky to adjust initially.

While the quality is undeniable, I can't help but feel you're paying a premium for the name brand. The customer service experience was mixed - some staff were knowledgeable while others seemed rushed. The watch itself performs well but similar functionality can be found elsewhere for less.

Beautiful watch with incredible attention to detail. The weight and feel on the wrist is substantial without being uncomfortable.

Been wearing this daily for over a year and it still looks new. The brushed steel finish hides minor scratches well and the luminous markers are bright even after years. Servicing was handled professionally when needed. Great balance of sport and elegance.

This watch has become my go-to for both business meetings and weekend adventures. The versatility is unmatched and the build quality justifies the investment. Service team was responsive and professional when I had questions about the warranty.

The watch itself is fantastic - keeps excellent time and looks stunning. However, the purchasing experience was frustrating with long wait lists and limited availability. Customer service could be more transparent about realistic timelines.

The Submariner is well-built and keeps accurate time, but I've noticed the bracelet shows wear marks more quickly than expected. The clasp mechanism could be more refined for the price point. Still a solid choice for a luxury sports watch.

Everything about this watch screams quality from the smooth bezel action to the precise timekeeping. Customer service was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the purchase process.

While the watch quality is good, the overall service experience left much to be desired. Long wait times for basic inquiries and the sales process felt impersonal. Expected better treatment given the price point. The watch runs well but the customer experience needs improvement.

Purchased this Submariner as both a daily wear and investment piece. The build quality is exceptional and the movement keeps perfect time. Service was professional throughout the entire process, though the wait time was longer than expected. Worth every penny for the craftsmanship.
