Fijne ophang haken en makkelijk te plaatsen. Op een iets oneffen tegel blijven ze niet plakken, maar daarvoor zijn bijgeleverde plak tubes die prima werken.

Simply great products!

Great products. I ordered one set for my home in Germany and liked them so much I ordered another set for my vacation rental in Spain. I really like the fact that I can move them easily if I put them in the wrong place the first time. Very happy with these hooks!

Scam Roha Home!

I placed an order with Roha back in April and have not received the products or my money back. Despite repeated follow-ups, I keep getting the same excuse—that my refund request has been “sent to the finance team.” It’s been months, and nothing has happened. This is completely unacceptable, and the company should be reported. The website needs to be shut down immediately to prevent others from falling victim to this scam!

Besteld in mei, zit nog te wachten

Ik heb in mei de zuignappen besteld. Tot op heden niets ontvangen. Steeds krijg ik terug dat ze een onderzoek gaan instellen, maar op de track en trace staat duidelijk dat ze in een post distributiepunt liggen. Hoe vaak ik daar al een printscreen van heb gemaild... Ik denk dat mijn geld weg is en een product nooit gaat ontvangen. De communicatie is ook zeer slecht. Je krijgt geen antwoord of pas na 1 of 2 weken een keertje. Bellen kan niet, omdat je geen nummer kan vinden. Ik zou even nadenken om hier wat te bestellen.

Jammer dat het product niet blijft hangen, maar blij met oplossing van het klantenservice team

Ik heb deze zuignap haken besteld, maar helaas na het volgen van alle instructies (zijn erg simpel) gevolgd, schoongemaakt met 96% alcohol) bleven ze bij ons nergens hangen. Contact gezocht met de klantenservice en er is binnen een aantal dagen contact met mij opgenomen en is mij een passende oplossing geboden. Ik heb netjes het betaalde bedrag teruggestort gekregen binnen een aantal dagen. Ik ben erg tevreden over de klantenservice van ROHA Home en hoe ze dit hebben opgelost, bedankt!
