It was easy to renew

I had to use this companies insurance services recently Rock where absolutely fantastic acknowledging and accepting my claim within 24 hours

A very easy and quick website clear and precise on what was needed by them to get a quote up together can't fault them

Have used Rock for Tvl insurance for the past few years. Two weeks ago I called to renew my annual cover and wanted to add the americas to this years cover. No changes to any health related issues apart from quitting vaping 6mths ago. The quote I received was 220% more than last year. I was told they have put up their premiums - by what percentage I asked - I don’t know I was told! Seemed ridiculous.

Sorting out our medical travel cover was so easy. I was putting off doing this because my experience is it takes too long to do, but the process with Rock was fast, simple and easy. I had no cause to make a claim so cannot comment on this.

I am not sure what I think of rock - I haven’t claimed and I am not sure who they are.

Travel insurance cover seems fair. I requested a hard copy of the pilicy and received a quick, polite email to say being actioned and when to expect it - received within estimated time, so great

never again. And, as I said before. If you don't provide insurance for the country, don't sell it. If you sold it, the fault is with you company.

The gentleman I spoke to on the telephone was very patient with me as I'm not very good trying to do things on my mobile phone

Ease of accessing policy needed

Found a policy for my short trip which was a good price .Easy to buy and provides all my friend and I need for a few days.Good that I good buy a joint policy

Dealt with mid term adjustment quickly and clearly - and was pleasantly surprised by the price!

Booking was easy and instructions were clear. I haven’t travelled yet so don’t know how effective the Rock insurance can be but I’m hopeful.
