I ordered an e-cig that was equipped with 2 defective atomizers, I asked that they send me replacement atomizers which they did, however the replacement ones do not work on the model that I have. I paid extra to have new ones shipped and have yet to receive them, I have had the e-cig for a month now and still can't use it until I receive the correct parts.

The battery charger I ordered came cracked. Batteries work fine, tho.

I live one state over and I don't have my order. Everything else went very well. Just use a private delivery service. EDIT....
