Ritz Grand Cayman Reviews

The property itself is stunning and the location is unbeatable for impressing clients. However, some of the business services felt overpriced for what was delivered. The printing services took longer than expected and charged premium rates.

Planned our annual company retreat here and couldn't be happier. The event planning team handled every detail flawlessly, from transportation to dietary restrictions. The team-building activities on the beach were a huge hit with our employees.

Beautiful property with excellent amenities, but the pricing is quite steep for what you get. The business center services are reliable though, and the concierge team is knowledgeable about local vendors and services.

Great venue for corporate events with impeccable service. The catering was outstanding and the event coordination team was very responsive. However, the costs can add up quickly, especially for multi-day conferences.

The meeting spaces are beautiful and well-maintained, but we had issues with the air conditioning in our main conference room. Staff was quick to address it, but it was disruptive during presentations. The catering team, however, was exceptional.

The Ritz Grand Cayman exceeded all expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make our business retreat memorable, and the meeting facilities were top-notch. The oceanfront location provided the perfect backdrop for client presentations. Only minor complaint is that the Wi-Fi in some conference rooms could be stronger.

Perfect for hosting overseas business partners. The multilingual staff and international cuisine options made our guests feel welcome. The business center is well-equipped and the secretarial services are efficient.

Hosted a product launch event here and it was spectacular. The ballroom setup was elegant and the audiovisual equipment worked perfectly. Our guests were thoroughly impressed with the venue and service quality.

We've used the Ritz for several board meetings and they consistently deliver professional service. The private meeting rooms offer good privacy and the catering options are diverse. Parking can be a bit challenging during peak season.

The meeting rooms are well-equipped and the technology works seamlessly. However, we experienced some delays with room service during our lunch break, which threw off our schedule slightly. Overall still a solid choice for business events.

This is our go-to venue for executive retreats. The level of service is unmatched, and the attention to detail is remarkable. The spa services are also great for client entertainment after long business sessions.

Used their private dining rooms for important client dinners. The ambiance is sophisticated and the service is discreet yet attentive. Definitely helps make a great impression on potential business partners.
