Enttäuschende Erfahrung – kaum Mandantenkontakt, wenig Transparenz
Ich habe mich von Rightmart nicht gut vertreten gefühlt. Es gab kaum persönlichen Kontakt, keine klare Kommunikation und oft wusste ich gar nicht, ob überhaupt an meinem Fall gearbeitet wurde. Es entsteht der Eindruck, dass der finanzielle Gewinn im Vordergrund steht – nicht die Hilfe für den Mandanten. Insgesamt eine enttäuschende und frustrierende Erfahrung.

Lt meiner Anfrage bei rightmart Berlin (nicht Bremen) Vergleich ausergerichtlich, Schulden bereinigen. Zusage von max. 30% die ich tilgen müsste, rate sofort auf 3 Jahre 260 Euro. Die Kanzlei war untätig, verschleppte das ganze. Über 1800 Euro, dann scheinheilige Mails, den Gläubigern 50 anzubieten dabei war alles nur vorgetäuscht. Keine Kontakte fanden statt. War nun in größeren Schwierigkeiten. Mandat entzogen. All diese Scheinbewertungen anhand all dieser dubiosen Nicknamen auch durchschaubar

Das aller letzte was man braucht ist dieser onlineservice gerade wenn man rechtlichen Beistand in Form eines Anwalt nutzen muss! Nicht mal annähernd so wie es deutschlandweit auch vermarktet wird.
