scammed
I used reviews and sponsorship to select an honest company since I was busy and did not know much about precious metals. RGG company had glowing reviews and sponsored the Epoch Times. I lost >50% of my investment immediately and my concern was referred to the custodian, which assured me that I would see the market price upon withdrawal. She called the gouged amount the "bullion" price. I learned later that this is the canard of a group of unscrupulous dealers with the same MO. For a while I was deceived enough to make some more purchases to be sent to me. I came to the light after this scheme was exposed by Sarah Westall: https://open.substack.com/pub/sarahwestall/p/buying-a-headache-the-gold-ira-scam?utm_campaign=post-expanded-share&utm_medium=web and https://rumble.com/v6t1suj-exposing-gold-ira-scams-w-andy-schectman-and-sarah-westall.html When I tried to rectify the situation I learned that the reviews and the BBB are rigged on a pay to play racket as the businesses pay fees to be reviewed. Lawyers hesitate to prosecute. There is a lack of regulation of precious metals sales, leaving lawyers in a legal gray area.
