It was Clifton my rentokil guy who helped with my isdue. He's really friendly and helpful.

We have been using this service for many years at our Nursing Home in Brighton . Edison is always professional and polite and carries out his work to the highest standard .

The residential team were efficient and managed the call in a speedy professional matter.. The engineer was excellent, from initial contact to completion of the work, highly professional and courteous. However the first call centre representative was inefficient, kept asking the same question and felt more of a blocker than support staff, exasperating... however once transferred to the residential team a professional streamlined approach kicked in.

Kacper was brilliant at pest control! His conversations and clear explanation of issues helped us to realise our issues!

Extortionate prices .£300 to hang bit of food on string under drain cover . I could of done that for a fiver The whole time we used them hardly any poison eaten . No dead rats still movement . Wouldn't recommend. Although the technician was very good . ( the rating and review not aimed at tech ) Shop around first . They wanted £1000 for cctv drain survey . I got it done for £200 . Could of refunded some money back . Apparently charge £600 for a rat blocker in drain. Again do it yourself for £50 .also asked if I had talked to anyone else before contacting them . Alarm bells should of rang then If you have money to throw around give them a call

The local service Technician Andrew Dalton is a model employee at Rentokill his Knowledge is second to none he is very polite and courteous and will always have time to listen to my concerns and action them straight away Andrew always wears the appropriate PPE when working on my sites and follows all our health and safety Policy's /regulations

Very happy with the service received for our scheduled visits with Omar. He is always professional and approachable; he is always happy to explain any findings. Recent calls with the service team over the phone were also handled efficiently with solutions offered.
