Moses the local Rentolkil operative is very diligent

Spent a lot of money to find nothing. Only looked at two floors of the house and didn’t even inspect the third floor. We now have a very bad smell in the house and no odour bags left. No quote provided for sorting entry and exit points which was promised at the initial phone call and checked at the first appointment. Overall, not impressed despite them claiming to be the best!

Rentokil employs Richard. Richard is very good. He is professional and pays attention to detail. He picks up those rats without a question. He explains in detail where the rats are coming from and provides a good service In helping to deteriorate rats. When things got out of hand with the rats, Rentokill sent some of their other team members and were able to understand where the rats are and what measures needed to stop them. This company are attentive and professional.

I had another pest control company out for five months for mice the problem just got worse I called in Rentokil and they solved the problem in a month great customer service Kane was great cleaned up after visit which other company didn’t do would definitely recommend

I have delt with Mandy from Rentokil Pest Control for a couple of months now she has always been professional and discrete giving a detailed report of what has been done where the bate boxes are and if there's been any activity, she always gives good recommendations as to what needs to be done if anything. Mandy has done weekly follow ups and will sign off once the job is complete. I would strongly recommend this company for all Pest control problems.

Well what can I say.. I have tried many different efforts and got nowhere until, I got some Rodine, I own a vehicle repair garage with a cabin on the side as an office the rats were so bad here they chewed through the door the walls, and even the back of my fridge totally destroying the contents and my lunch, chewing through my Internet cables too. They were relentless gnawing into the office even when I was in there. I had a 6 sachet box of rodine and didn't even get the chance to open it.. the rats here are so clever they open the box without even leaving much of an impression on the card with teeth. Sure enough the next day I noticed the box entirely empty, so hoping they took the lot back the the nest. It's been 4 entire months not 1 rat sight or sound, I need to purchase more as I heard a new family have moved in, chewing continues now and squealing under the office as they are all at it mating, by far the best rat poison I have ever used, done the job in 1 day. I cannot recommend Rentokil highly enough. The service and attention to detail was second to none. Our assigned technician Dragos Vieriu was excellent. His work was thorough and his manner was first rate. He was friendly and very thoughtful regarding working around pets and children. I would certainly use this service again.

Akif Djemal recently took over our facility when he joined the area and replaced the last technician. His attention to detail in ensuring that monitoring is carried out effectively has been a blessing and something that required improvement. He took all concerns onboard when joining, formed a plan and seen it through to completion. A pleasure to see in store.
