I truly appreciated being able to speak with someone directly and receive immediate assistance. Getting my product in the same day was a fantastic bonus. While I understand this isn't always guaranteed, I really value their commitment to quick delivery.

Wanted me to give them the bank account information for accounts that I wasn't listed on, including people's names and account numbers, during the sign up process. I asked them to delete my application as I'm not breaching other people's privacy for the sake of renting a washing machine. Very sketchy, and have reported to relevant financial agencies. You can ask for MY information but I'm not giving you anyone else's bank info.
