Absolutely horrible i wouldn't never recommend this place to anyone, today i spoke with a lady and she was being extremely rude , customer service is rubbish, Had to call them plenty of times before i could get an answer and when i did, the lady was very dry and seemed to hate her life working at this place!! Not recommended what's so ever ! maybe if you treated your customers with respect you wouldn't have so much bad reviews.

The customer service with this company were terrible ! I would never ever tell anybody about this nor will I ever attempt to rent a phone from them.They were not helpful whatsoever & on top of that were outrageously rude ! No one attempted to contact me back to discuss further application, I had to show initiation myself. When I did they were rude and decided to threaten me with investigation on a matter that is not in their jurisdiction, I find that utterly disturbing as I’m not sure what type of people you come across in this business but I for sure know that you have it wrong. As I was willing to rent a phone for my younger brother that has been going through some difficulty with bullying at school.But we didn’t get that far into the conversation, as I got interrupted with allegations that were not even needed to be said. It was the attitude and disrespect that said it all. Also if you do contact this business and speak to a young man name KENNY, I think his name was.Their was a lady earlier in the morning that I did speak to aswell,she had the same attitude.Be cautious, as they will disrespect you. Thankyou.

The process was equally as fluid as last time I got a device through your company. Customer service was satisfactory I have no complaints.
