Reflex customer service is fantastic. Turned out something I ordered wasn't in stock. They let me know straight away, sent the first package and then followed it straight up with the backordered items and a pack of sweets. Will definitely use again.

They are very responsive to questions and requests and they are very happy to help in anyway they can. They also have one of the most useful ranges and their prices are very hard to beat. Originally I was only going to buy a Medic Bag of Reflex however speaking on the phone to them and how help they were I changed my supplier to Reflex Medical. I made 2 very large orders over the course of one weekend and they were packed and dispatched Monday morning for my ready for the Tuesday morning, next day Delivery. Reflex Medical have been excellent, Sam would always be happy to answer my calls and return my emails instantly. I would Highly recommend Reflex Medical and I will be ordering from them on the regular.
