RealT is a great way to have access to foreign real estate. They offer tokenised real estate, and having plans to offer more than only that in 2025. The management provides weekly chats with the community, they are very open about their strategy. Rents paid out weekly. Definitely a reliable and good way of diversifying your portfolio.

Some properties in Cleveland (OH), which belong to some of my business partners, have been illegally put up for sale or sold as tokens. Remy Jacobson is not the owner of these properties and what he is doing is completely illegal. If you have already purchased these tokens I advise you to immediately contact a lawyer to request the return of your money.
Well, it's fantastic, I love the concept, I already have 10K invested here, but I'm still waiting some improvements; - To give an opportunity to everyone to buy a property, to have a captcha or something like that to avoid the instant-buy from bots, -Maybe have an official site like the RMM to sell and buy from other persons (like YAM)
