RealT is a great way to have access to foreign real estate. They offer tokenised real estate, and having plans to offer more than only that in 2025. The management provides weekly chats with the community, they are very open about their strategy. Rents paid out weekly. Definitely a reliable and good way of diversifying your portfolio.
