Randalls Residential are without a doubt the best estate agent we have ever dealt with. Friendly, realistic, trustworthy, and genuinely hard-working & with a genuine care for their clients, nothing was too much trouble for Ben and his guidance through a roller coaster ride of the conveyancing process. Throughout this highly stressful buying/selling situation, he was there to hold our hand with a smile and positive words of encouragement, all while expecting a new member to his family. We couldn’t recommend Randalls highly enough and if we weren’t moving over 100 miles away, we wouldn’t hesitate to engage Randalls for our next house sale.

Ben and Simon were both straightforward in the valuation of the property and Ben worked hard to keep the sale progressing to completion.

What can I say? Simon was insightful, experienced, honest, polite and fun. Ours was a probate sale for our late-Mum's home – Simon empathised, encouraged us to take our time, and never chased. It was a very easy decison to choose Randalls to market our old family home and we were delighted with the service and the results. Simon is tall, but he stands a head and shoulders above the competition.

This is our third house sale with Simon. The reviews say it all these two guys are the best. Dont go anywhere else.

Randalls handled my onward out if area purchase. I was refused a viewing when asked as it came near to the sale. The result was large amounts of rubbish and removed fittings from 2 rooms that were recorded as staying. Personally, I felt harassed as a buyer and at times had to.pacify the estate agent instead of the other way around. May be great for the seller but as a purchaser did not feel wholly supported. Now left with additional costs.

An amazing company and an amazing team. Simon was engaging, supportive and tenacious. Without his personal touch and guidance we wouldn't have secured our dream home. They are refreshingly different to other estate agents and I certainly wouldn't be looking at using anyone else in the future.

We recently completed with Randall’s despite the same sir name as Simon and Ben we are unrelated. Having moved a few times in my life so far and used “big” estate agents it was a truly breath of fresh air to have an estate agent that actually cared and went the extra mile. We ended up with a little bit of a complex situation due to buying a new build but Simon handled the situation very well and kept our buyer in place. Updated are frequent and with great detail. I needed to speak to Simon outside of business hours on a couple of occasions and this was no issue at all (something you wont get from the big money machines) Simon even called us to congratulate us on the birth of our son! You genuinely wont find an estate agent that has the level of detail or the passion for making things work/the customer happy. With out doubt when it comes time to move again we will use Randall’s. The best estate agent I have ever dealt with!

We chose Randalls Residential to market our family home due to being a family business who really understood the local area, property market and offered a personal service. Apologies for the delayed review... Ben was the estate agent that was looking after our sellers sale ( so not my estate agent) but was almost certainly the person that got the sale completed on time. We were up against the stamp duty deadline and Bens personal commitment to pushing, checking in with everyone, getting people moving and generally keeping everyone focused was incredible. Ben always had a cool head, polite and was concise. He was very knowledgeable about processes and to be brutally honest the only estate agent I have ever heard of who actually cared and went out of his way to get the job done and properly. I would have no hesitation referring anyone to Randalls and if I were to ever move again would be knocking on his door. We exchange 2 day before the stamp duty deadline and completed the day before - genuinely don't think this would have happened without Ben. Thank you doesn't say enough....
