Ben - the knowledgeable estate agent who genuinely cared!

Apologies for the delayed review... Ben was the estate agent that was looking after our sellers sale ( so not my estate agent) but was almost certainly the person that got the sale completed on time. We were up against the stamp duty deadline and Bens personal commitment to pushing, checking in with everyone, getting people moving and generally keeping everyone focused was incredible. Ben always had a cool head, polite and was concise. He was very knowledgeable about processes and to be brutally honest the only estate agent I have ever heard of who actually cared and went out of his way to get the job done and properly. I would have no hesitation referring anyone to Randalls and if I were to ever move again would be knocking on his door. We exchange 2 day before the stamp duty deadline and completed the day before - genuinely don't think this would have happened without Ben. Thank you doesn't say enough....
