Easy ordering with wide choice and fast delivery

We ordered many radiators suitable for different rooms in the house. It was really important to have high BTU rads that would make our period house warm. Radiator outlet delivered on every level. We wanted radiators that gave a 'nod' to our traditional house while still having a more contemporary design so we ordered the column panel rads. The brass colour is really beautiful and shimmers in the light. And the coordinating valves are stunning. When I called, Ellie was so helpful and kind and nothing was too much for her. She sent little samples of the material to make sure we were happy with the colour before ordering the rads. And customer service was still so good after we received the radiators and needed a part replacing. Only negative is that the main number listed seems to be a premium rate number but you can call their local number. Would definitely have no hesitation in recommending radiator outlet.

Let’s get the first part out of the way, the radiator seems of a very good quality, it’s now fitted and is heating the room much much better than the old one. It looks good although the antique brass which we went for is more of a matt finish than it looks in the pictures but still very pleased. Problems: The radiator came without its fittings (looked to have been a return), these things happen but we only found out once the system was drained down. As it was a Sunday we fitted the old radiator back in and sent an email and left a voicemail. Karl replied on Monday and after a few emails confirming exactly what was missijg the parts where sent out. Parts arrived Tuesday, bleed and stop valves for the top arrived in chrome not antique brass as shown on the site and still missing the tails for the rad valves. I have since then sent emails, left voicemails and spoken to people at the company asking them to get Karl to get in touch to resolve the issues, it is now Sunday, 7 days after the original emails and I am being totally ignored. I have since been to James Hargreaves and bought the rad tails and fitted it with the chrome parts for now as the job needed doing and plumbers are hard to find. Such a shame that a 5 star product is let down by poor customer service.

I ordered the antique brass radiator which came like a Matt dark brown colour that glitters in light. Totally different to what was advertised online. I called to complain and was told to email only to have 3 emails ignored I also called bk and ask for a manager to contact me only to be ignored again. Very disappointing.

Radiator outlet were recommended to me and I was very pleased with the range of radiators and the reasonable prices. Once I ordered the radiator was delivered really quickly.
