Product is great, customer service is not
Let’s get the first part out of the way, the radiator seems of a very good quality, it’s now fitted and is heating the room much much better than the old one. It looks good although the antique brass which we went for is more of a matt finish than it looks in the pictures but still very pleased. Problems: The radiator came without its fittings (looked to have been a return), these things happen but we only found out once the system was drained down. As it was a Sunday we fitted the old radiator back in and sent an email and left a voicemail. Karl replied on Monday and after a few emails confirming exactly what was missijg the parts where sent out. Parts arrived Tuesday, bleed and stop valves for the top arrived in chrome not antique brass as shown on the site and still missing the tails for the rad valves. I have since then sent emails, left voicemails and spoken to people at the company asking them to get Karl to get in touch to resolve the issues, it is now Sunday, 7 days after the original emails and I am being totally ignored. I have since been to James Hargreaves and bought the rad tails and fitted it with the chrome parts for now as the job needed doing and plumbers are hard to find. Such a shame that a 5 star product is let down by poor customer service.
