I ordered a replacement soft close toilet seat it came really well packed. It was very easy to fit. I have had it for 5 months now and it is still looking like new. Very happy

Bought a shower which was considerably cheaper than on other sites. It was dispatched quickly and arrived within 2 days. Really well packaged.

I ordered a full bathroom suite on Monday. Received an e mail confirming the order and saying I would receive another e mail regarding delivery. I live on my own, female and a pensioner. On Thursday I was out shopping and got a call to say the delivery was being dropped on the driveway. Driver wouldn’t wait and it was left out. £2,500 order. I couldn’t move it. I had to pay someone to move it in and in the meantime it started to rain - part of the order was an mdf vanity unit. Hopefully it will be ok. I rang the manufacturer as details on the invoice ( not our fault) then e mailed QS. ( not our fault). I paid over £150 for delivery! I think I should have had some recompense
