Me mandaron un ticket usado, suerte que después lo resolvieron

Great and efficient service

All is cool but I don’t think I see anything about how to get there and get out. Was a drama to go back town but maybe I did not look for it from you very hard. But it’s not obvious for sure.

On Saturday 7th June 2025 went online to buy tickets for the England Andorra match from your company. We paid for two tickets on your website but received no tickets or any email confirmation of payment or any other correspondence. We tried to call to find out where our tickets were but could not speak to anyone so we missed the game. We sent a disputed transaction email to you this morning Sunday 8th June 25 then my friend who placed order immediately received a no reply email from you saying order was being processed which is a day late. Hopefully you provide us with a refund soon. Update as of 26th June 2025 Very strange that you said you have sent tickets to one email address and my friend replied via another email address as I have provided no names of email addresses in my review and my friend only has one email address. My friend who booked tickets did not receive any booking confirmation email, invoice or tickets and the only email he received to date was an automated email the day after the event which was sent immediately after he submitted a dispute!. The email said you were working on the request?. As far as I am concerned Info Tickets are not a legitimate company they have stolen our ticket money and booking fee and made no effort to reply to emails and sort out a refund which any legitimate would do..

Apesar do ocorrido no jogo entre Barcelona e Real Madri, o pessoal da Info Tickets através do Brandon, sempre respondeu todas as minhas questões, não me deixando nunca sem respostas e confirmando sua palavra me enviou ingresso para o jogo do West Ham e Notthighan Forest no estádio Olímpico de Londres. Experiência sem igual. Muito obrigado ao Brandon e toda a equipe da Info Tickets. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Excelente experimento. A compra do ticket foi facil, e o recebemos a tempo suficiente. Sugiro agregar orientações previas sobre o funcionamento da recepção dos tickets pois houve um momento de incerteza sobre como o receberíamos. Mas funcionou perfeitamente. O jogo foi ótimo! Grande abraço!

El ticket ( recargado en € 200 ) lo recibí recién 5 horas antes, después de varios correos y amenaza de mi parte. En Alemania, una vez pagado recibes el Ticket de inmediato.

The tickets were at an amazing spot, the attention from the support team via WhatsApp was on point. Everything was incredible
