one of the worst for customer service have ever experienced, they have said know more surveys & the £9,67 in my account said they would be keeping, bunch of thief’s would keep well away from this terrible company.
Although one of the surveys timed out before completion, it was fairly ready to complete the next ones.
I love Qmee. Very good way to make extra money.

They Take your money and suspend your account. This is the worst site I’ve came through. I’m on so many sites but I’ve never faced this thing that they take your money and block your account. Every site give some loyalty or one time exemption. I’m a gold league in this site. And since I start complaining about the poor surveys because their surveys take my whole time and never reward me, Qmee has blocked me saying “survey partners have suspended me due to poor survey practices”. I’ve never done any speeding or inconsistencies in surveys still they’re making excuses. If I’d been poor how did I earn gold league then. It’s just a SCAM. You’ve taken my money I’ve $15.27 to redeem but I can’t redeem because you’ve taken my money and suspended me!!! You can suspend me but you cannot take the money like that. And I’m messaging you over your customer site but you’re saying you cannot help it??? Really? You’ll take the money then? If you cannot undo it you send my money through PayPal. That’s FRAUD. I want my money. I’ll report your site everywhere. You cannot take my money like that. I’ve my money on your site before I could redeem you’ve suspended my account that’s so clever. Open my account and send my Money!!!!! PROVE me if my answers were fraudulent??? How can you say that????? I wasted my time to answers those questions and you say it was fraudulent by me? This is all excuse just because you don’t want to send my money. Disgusting!!! That’s very unethical practice and disgusting.
Cuba is great one of the best survey websites that I’ve ever been on and I’ve paid so much to couldn’t think of enough
None existent customer service, used to be the very best survey app, the people who run it now do not care about the people who use it
I love qmee! It's by far one of the more superior sites in terms of surveys and payments. I have been a user for about 3 years total since the sign up, but didn't access it for over 11 months in 2023 after a phone was stolen... I still had money to claim that never disappeared, which happened to me on other survey apps I couldn't access during that time. I've transferred almost 200$ to my paypal just since May 2024.
