Qatar Airways Business Class Reviews

Absolutely phenomenal experience from boarding to landing. The attention to detail is remarkable - from the turndown service to the quality of the bedding. The dine-on-demand option was perfect for my schedule.

Qatar Airways delivers on their promise of luxury. The business class cabin is elegant and well-designed. Particularly enjoyed the extensive wine list and the quality of the bedding. The only minor issue was some noise from the galley during the night.

The hard product is excellent - seats, entertainment, amenities all top quality. However, the soft service was inconsistent. Some crew members were fantastic while others seemed disinterested. The meal presentation was beautiful but flavors were hit or miss.

Great seats that actually let you sleep properly on long flights. The staff were helpful and the food was quite good. Minor complaint about the boarding process being a bit chaotic, but once onboard everything was smooth.

The privacy and space in the Q-Suite is unmatched. Being able to dine together as a family in the center seats was wonderful. The only downside was the cabin temperature seemed inconsistent throughout the flight.

Expected much more given Qatar's reputation. The seat was comfortable but the food was mediocre and service felt impersonal. Had issues with the entertainment system freezing multiple times. The amenity kit was nice but overall felt overpriced for what was delivered.

The Q-Suite was absolutely incredible - having a private door made all the difference for privacy and comfort. The staff went above and beyond, remembering my preferences throughout the flight. The dining experience was restaurant quality, and the amenities kit was luxurious. Worth every penny for long-haul flights.

Comfortable seats and good service overall. The lounge in Doha was excellent with great food options. Flight was smooth and crew were professional throughout.

Flying Qatar Airways business class was a dream. The seat converted to a fully flat bed, perfect for sleeping on the 14-hour flight. Cabin crew were friendly and efficient, and the champagne selection was impressive.

The Q-Suite is revolutionary - feels like having your own private room. The service was impeccable, with staff anticipating needs before being asked. The dining was exceptional with multiple courses and wine pairings. This is how business class should be done.

The lie-flat seats are comfortable and the entertainment system is top-notch. Service was attentive and professional. However, I found the meal options somewhat limited and the main course was a bit bland. The lounge access at Doha was fantastic though.

Solid business class product with comfortable seating and decent food. The entertainment selection was good but the WiFi was quite slow. Staff were professional but seemed a bit rushed during meal service. Overall a good experience but not outstanding compared to other premium carriers.
