Our dog loves her Pure food. The online portal is incredibly easy to use and allows us to manage our dog's food deliveries with ease.

I have told you for ages I don’t want this food anymore why is no one listening , just because I forgot to skip this this month you don’t have the right to presume I want it

Milo is enjoying his food more than ever. We used to have to coax him into having his food there is no hesitation now.The real big difference that we notice is in his digestion and the obvious effects when we use poop bags!! So much easier since Milo went Pure.

After a recent consultation with our veterinarian, it was recommended that Millie needed to lose weight for health reasons. Although we tried various brands of dog food, we did not see any significant results. The vet suggested their proprietary brand; however, the cost was quite expensive. In our search for a more affordable option, we discovered Pure Pet Food. The preparation and portioning are remarkably straightforward, and Millie has shown an incredible enthusiasm for the salmon flavour. Most importantly, we have started noticing noticeable improvements in her weight loss journey. We are truly delighted with the progress Millie has made since incorporating Pure Pet Food into her diet. It is gratifying to see her become healthier and more energetic. We wholeheartedly recommend Pure Pet Food to any pet owner facing similar challenges.

Worst staff service ever! They care about money not customers. I had a great experience with the trial so I continued to the subscription, they were quick to take the £100 from my account…. The food didn’t arrive so when chased up I was told it was damaged in transit so they sent another, no they sent the same damaged box which was left in my garden in bits with the food hanging out. I’ve tried contacting them now since March 23rd and I’m still waiting for a response from customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT YOUR PET.

Excellent service, very easy to adapt delivery dates and recipes with a good selection of optional treats. Our boy loves the food (actually loves anything that even looks like food) and cleans his bowl out at every meal.

Wasn’t sure at first but it was recommended to me and the food we were using our golden retriever stopped eating! The price of pure food is expensive to me however my dog loves it so far she had the Game, Turkey flavours and eats every bit. The order is easy to change flavours and when you need your delivery. We are trying a different flavour for our next order.

Changing your pets food is quite a substantial event. My decision to change from Kibble and meat wasnt taken lightly. It's a crowded market when it comes to alternative dog food and a minefield at best. After research I decided to try 'Pure' Royal my Border Collie actually cried for her tea which was a definate 'Yes' from her. It took a few weeks to work out the right amount of food she needed for her activities, So I popped her on the scales at the Veterinary, her weight was dropping too much so I called 'Pure' and spoke to a nutriotionist (Elle?) Veterinary even said 'Royal' looked really well, my friend who has a collie remarked on her coat and well being, needless to say he is trying 'Pure' on 'Winnie' his BC. When your Veterinary and Friends remark on your pet looking 'Really Well' that is a great Endorsement..But even better when you pet cries for her Tea as its so 'Scrummy' and Good For Her.

I'm so glad I saw an advert online for Pure Pet Food. Bruno absolutely loves his food and the sensitive recipes suit him as he's prone to allergies. It's so easy to enter your pet's details online and receive a recommendation tailored to their needs. The service is excellent and it's so easy to go into your account and change the delivery date or the recipe. Thank you.

My subscribed food order turns up exactly as promised so the company’s systems are reliable. I love being able to sample a smaller pack of a hitherto untasted recipe. I now know that my pup likes them all! He comes running as soon as the pack is opened! He is healthy and his coat is beautiful.

The courier let's you down. My deliveries are late (often 3-4 days on average) the boxes are damaged or no box at all and repackaged in a bag.

My dog have really bad stomach problems with all foods until she started on pure food and now it’s so much better and she loves it .

OMG, I can’t go on about this food enough, Maia was constantly scratching and chewing her paws. She had licked and pulled all the fur out from her backside!! This was on really expensive Orien dog food 🫤. She’s stopped licking paws, fur has grown back round back side , Maias coat is soft and shiny and her eyes lovely and bright. Occasionally she licks but not like before. SHE reminds me when it’s meal times she loves it, she used to be a fussy eater . Maia runs through to let me know it’s gone, she stands at the door until I follow her through to see. It has caused a couple of paw swipes at meal times, as my two cats Willow and Lexie have sat waiting in line, and swiped Maia to get her away so they can eat it haha . Maybe that’s the next project one for cats ?!! It’s not an issue to change food choice which I will do next order to give her variety, I love she get two different flavours delivered. Happy Maia, happy Mum . Maias a German Shepherd like most shepherds stomach issues and sensitive to lots of ingredients, this really is great.

My beautiful Cavapoo Buddy was a little bit fussy with his food, so much so he would miss meals. This was not budget foods, but quite expensive. However since changing him to Pure, he licks his bowl clean and never misses a meal. His curly coat is so soft, and he is in fantastic condition. Thank you Pure.

Charlie and Dolly love their pure dog food and it's so easy to store and serve. Website is really easy to use and adapt orders.

My dog has been on pure for over 8 months now. Originally went over to it to find a healthier and easier alternative to tinned food. My experience of it had been perfect, my dog loves the food, she is looking great, the deliveries are so easy to manage as a busy working mum and when the dental sticks didn't arrive I'm my order recently the responded to my contact promptly and sorted straightaway. Really impressed!

Customer service was great! Even when I felt silly they reassured me it was for a good reason. Thank you again!
