fantastic good company and very nice people who work there. I bought a really nice scooter from them, which unfortunately turned out to have a fault with the battery, I contacted the support and they responded immediately and promised without hesitation to fix the problem, which they did. I recommend everyone not to be influenced by other people's negative reviews about Punkrider, but trust them and don't forget to be very respectful, and you will get help from those who work there. I am very satisfied as a customer and will not hesitate to shop there again. I give them 5 stars.
Bought an iscooter for my son’s birthday in May. The scooter broke with an E16 error code after 2 weeks. I have since been trying to get a refund for the scooter without success. Think I have sent over 30 emails to sort this and keep getting fobbed off. Absolute joke!
11 weeks after posting my poor review I still have a broken scooter with no replacement part. Below is a full breakdown of my experience with Punk Ride. I can safely say they are the worst company I have ever dealt. Customer service is non existent just delay tactics and lies. Sorry this is so long but just to let people know what they are dealing with. 7/1/25 Purchased iscooter from Punk Ride for £595 17/4/25 Emailed punkride customer service to say Scooter stopped working with Error code E19. 23/4/25 Emailed again as no response 25/5/25 Rang Punkride customer service. Diverted to somebody's personal voicemail. Again no reply. 27/7/25 Put poor review on Trust Pilot. 28/5/25 Got reply on Trust Pilot saying to email customer service again 29/5/25 Emailed customer service 3/6 Still no reply so I put another poor review on Trust Pilot. Got another reply asking for Order Number. I was told that replacement part had been shipped on 20/5/25. 10/6 Emailed to say the part has still not arrived. 12/6 Offered €20 refund 17/6 Offered 50% Refund if I repair scooter myself 26/6 E.aiked to say that no local companies will repair iscooter due to problems sourcing parts and very hard to repair. I asked Punk Ride for full refund 27/6 Email from Punkride looking £27 to cover shipping fee to resend another part. 30/6 Email from punkride to say they are sending part foc and will forward tracking number 6/7 Still no part or tracking details
