I am very disappointed with them I have requested cancellation of this since last year and they keep charging me even though I am not using it, I have asked for my refund and have had no response the website does not work it is always down I advise everyone not to buy this it is completely frustrating

I had no idea I was paying for this. It is a total scam. They said they would call me to discuss it. You guessed it no call. I have no idea how long they have been taking €50 from my account. Don't trust this company.

The company website can no longer be reached by any browser, stating it contains malicious code. On the app store, the app can no longer be found to download. No way to cancel the service because they can't be reached, yet they still charged me $79 yesterday for a subscription I can no longer access. Update: I emailed them and received a prompt response. No refund but other thoughts on how to access the account (which haven't worked). They did cancel my subscription. BTW, the content was pretty good. I enjoyed it when I was able to access it.

The website and app just completely vanished. This MUST be a scam! I just came in to check my stats and there is no information on the website nor app anymore - WOW 🤯

This company is a complete scam!!! They have been charging my account 45.00 for 9 months after I canceled my subscription. I had to cancel my CC to stop it and there is NO WAY of contacting them. BEWARE! THEY ARE THIEVES!!! I will not stop until I get everything single penny they have STOLEN from me back!!!

I don't think it's worth it! After promotion really high price your money doesn't land your account. Just see credits fake wealth your knowledge. Automatically set a pending order to your PayPal. Tricky to cancel and say goodbye to your money. Thanks for this nice experience! Congratulations for the team behind! Really smart!! You who read this make sure don't lose to much on it

Money has been taken from my account since September 2024 monthly and have only noticed it now,! Why different amounts ? At other times you got nothing because there was insufficient funds. Now I need to prove that I did not authorise you you to take my money every month. I need to know when did I authorise you a direct debit with you to take money from my account

Where has it gone? No website nor App loading. But money still taken from my account! January's money has quickly been refunded 👍

Customer service and company has no sympathy for you regarding their mistake. Very stubborn people. I do not recommend this company. Very unclear about how you suppose to pay for it. It looked like you pay only once but that's not true every month you have to pay. Their learning text is never fully visible on their pages so you have no clue how the page end. I asked for all money back. They would not give it to me! They do not care. Awful company!!!

Learning at my age gives me more energy to go forward and start asap
